UK expansion in time for new ecosystem release

Gooee UK doubles in preparation for new ecosystem release

New technological developments significantly move IoT ecosystem ahead of competition

Gooee announces it has doubled in size following significant organisational changes and new appointments in preparation for the latest release of its IoT ecosystem that is said to move the platform ahead of competition with differentiating capabilities.

Based out of its new offices in Paddington, London, Gooee UK has increased twofold within the past eight months and since Neil Salt’s appointment as Gooee’s Managing Director. The UK team now has extended in-house divisions specialising in embedded software development, QA, End-To End System Testing, Technical Support, Business Development and Sales & Marketing, all of which are supporting Gooee’s European Lighting partners, servicing pilot schemes (BMW, CBRE, ABSA, DELL) and converting them into commercial projects.

The rapidly growing IoT company has revealed that the next ecosystem release is the successful collaboration between fifty engineers located around the world, coordinated and managed by CTO, Simon Coombes.

“I’ve expanded the UK team to focus on our latest technological developments, which significantly enhance the lighting and sensing experience. Our objective is to fully attend to partners’ needs, dedicating our time to the multiple beta schemes currently underway and on the horizon, helping provide a smooth operation. We’re continuously growing at a rapid pace and looking to continue to increase the size of our team further. As a technology company focusing on various applications, we are looking for specialists from different industries to continue our entry into the Proptech industry.” says Neil Salt, Managing Director of Gooee.

Gooee recently announced its headline sponsorship of the Property Technology Live 2018 event alongside Aurora Lighting. London is the leading city for Proptech in Europe, so Gooee took the opportunity to support it and enable companies in the property industry to learn more about the technology available in this sector. The event, which takes place at LuxLive 2018 on 14 and 15 November 2018 at London ExCeL, includes free talks, masterclasses and debates from industry experts, including some of the world’s leading property developers such as CBRE and JLL.

Neil hinted that a few significant announcements are imminent, saying:

“In the coming months we are due to release an innovative SAAS solution, new hardware, some key technology partnerships and more. It’s a particularly busy time for us as we push forward with new ecosystem developments and pilots.”

Recent Senior appointments include:
